Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2 - 3 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 - 3 working days to let you know your order is on the way!

DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. 

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email indicating day of despatch to you and your tracking number.

Orders are generally shipped within 2 days using Australia Post or equivalent carrier: International orders will take longer and will vary depending on shipping carrier.

SHIPPING RATES  

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
