Macnuts Australian Macadamia Oil is a high quality 100% pure virgin oils obtained through cold pressing of the macadamia kernels. The macadamias for our oil is sourced domestically – 100% Australian. No overseas nut is used in our products, most supermarket brands can not make that statement.

Applications & Uses
Cold pressing allows the oil to retain its unique flavour and aroma making it an ideal ingredient for salad dressing and sautéed foods. With no cholesterol and 84% mono unsaturated, it is a healthy alternative to other cooking oils.
Macnuts Macadamia Oil has been pharmaceutically approved for use in cosmetics and skin preparations.
A super important characteristics of macadamia oil is its high smoke point – between 210C and 234C degrees [Olive Oil smokes at 175C].
