Valley of the Mist is famous for growing some of Australia’s finest bushfruits and native nuts and their bees harvest nectar all year round.

The Davidson plum, Lillypilly, Lemon Myrtle, Aniseed Myrtle and Macadamias, along with local native timber, flower at different times of the year. And some at the same time of the year, in the Nambucca Valley.

On their sprawling property where Valley of the Mist grow delicious bushtucker, the Macadamia flowers around the same time as the Iron Bark. While, Davidson plum and the Paper Bark Tea Tree, which grows around their wetland, share the same seasons.

Amidst this abundance, their bee's gather nectar from the trees and other native flora and return to the hives where they blend together to create heavenly flavours.

“Raw Honey” means it’s neither filtered nor pasteurized and retains all its natural health benefits. There are antioxidants and antibacterial properties in honey and it’s good for gut health.
