• Rainbow Valley: Based at Newee Creek, the team is dedicated to growing and making great sauces - especially killer chilli sauces - jams and chutneys.
• Blushing Blueberries : There’s a great mind at BB, someone has created original and quirky, and exceptionally tasty jam combinations.
• Valley of the Mist: Honey lovers prepare to be amazed. The fresh raw honey from this property up-river is dark and rich and treacly yet it has all the taste and health benefits of "raw honey".
